"Our intention is to not only meet the brief, but to exceed it".

Lambay House
Lambay House is a stunning contemporary beachfront residence on Ireland’s east coast. Andrew Christopher Garden Design were commissioned to work with Niamh Butler architects at an early stage of the project. Infect, at the time of initial commission there was a small 1960’s bungalow on the site and the main house was in development. We were able to bring the entire project to life at a very early stage by producing detailed 3d renders of the garden and the proposed house. We also produced a detailed animation that allowed our clients to not only see their new garden but also to see their proposed new home in HD long before a brick was laid.
The garden is exposed to the harshest of salt laden winds, so the design had to be elegant and robust. The project features, resin driveway, Corten Steel elements, porcelain terraces, sculptures, bespoke furniture and a sauna with views of the Irish sea. We designed every element of the exteriors including, the entrance gates, the outdoor kitchen and even the polished concrete steps leading to the front door.
