About Andrew Christopher
Andrew Christopher has spent more than 25 years designing gardens for his clients across Ireland and internationally. His work focuses on creating spaces that feel timeless, personal, and deeply connected to the landscape around them.
Every project begins with understanding how a client wants to live in their garden. Some seek a place to entertain, others a quiet retreat, and many want both. Andrew’s role is to translate those aspirations into a design that feels natural, balanced, and enduring.

Garden design sits at the intersection of architecture, landscape and lifestyle. Andrew has always been drawn to that balance, the way a well-designed garden can transform not just a property, but how people experience their home.
Over the years he has worked on a wide range of projects, from contemporary architectural gardens to large country landscapes. Regardless of scale, the approach remains the same: careful listening, thoughtful design, and close collaboration with skilled landscape contractors to bring each project to life.

His aim is to create gardens that are both beautiful and functional, spaces that mature gracefully over time and continue to reward their owners for many years to come.
Experience and Recognition
Andrew’s work has received widespread recognition within the landscape design industry. He achieved a remarkable run of four consecutive Gold Medals at the prestigious Bloom Flower Show, along with two Best in Show awards and the coveted Designer’s Choice Award. His gardens have also received multiple honours from the Association of Landscape Contractors of Ireland, including Best Landscape Project in Ireland.
Alongside his design practice, Andrew is the founder of The Garden Design Mentor, an educational platform supporting thousands of garden designers worldwide. Through his writing, mentoring and online courses, he helps designers develop more professional and successful creative businesses while raising standards across the industry.
