When faced with the challenge of designing a garden in a really small space attention to detail, proportion and precision is key. This project demonstrates how a small courtyard garden can be transformed into a luxurious outdoor living space through bespoke design and careful planting.
This contemporary courtyard measures less than 30 square meters and features many bespoke elements from a natural gas fire, polished white concrete coffee table with crushed blue glass detail, western red cedar detailing throughout, an outdoor kitchen complete with ceramic “Big green egg” Barbeque and a bespoke outdoor sofa with waterproof cushions. To complete the garden we comissioned artwork made from fused glass by Connemera blue which was mounted on the wall and a second piece, a blue tulip bowl which was mounted within the table.
